Where duplicate accounts are identified, 77pkr will close all associated accounts and any balances held therein may be voided.
Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. Unauthorised Access: You must notify 77pkr's support team immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. 77pkr will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to maintain adequate credential security or have delayed notification.
KYC Verification: Before processing withdrawal requests, 77pkr is required to verify your identity in accordance with its international licence obligations. You will be required to submit government-issued photographic identification and proof of payment method. Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.
Account Currency: All 77pkr accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is applied to PKR deposits, balances, or withdrawals.
Accepted Payment Methods: 77pkr accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, 1LINK, and Visa/Mastercard. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal thresholds apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.
Deposit Processing: Deposits made via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and Raast are typically credited to your account instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to two business days depending on the originating institution. 77pkr does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 to 72 hours of submission, subject to completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. 77pkr reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing withdrawal requests.
Withdrawal Restrictions: Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirements have been fully met. Withdrawals of Real Money Funds that are pending fulfilment of bonus wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of all associated Bonus Funds.
Minimum Withdrawal: A minimum withdrawal threshold applies, as displayed in the cashier section of your account. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.

Results sourced from officially recognised governing bodies will be used for settlement purposes. 77pkr's settlement decisions are final, subject to the dispute resolution procedure described below.
Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction affecting game or bet integrity, 77pkr reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players' accounts. Winnings generated as a result of a technical error or software malfunction are not valid and will not be paid.
Dispute Resolution: Any dispute relating to game outcomes, bet settlement, or account transactions must be submitted in writing to 77pkr's support team within 30 days of the event giving rise to the dispute. Disputes submitted outside this window will not be entertained.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 77pkr platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 77pkr, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.
77pkr's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds deposited by you into your account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
77pkr does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 77pkr reserves the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time without prior notice or liability.
Termination by You: You may close your 77pkr account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to account closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedure, provided all applicable KYC requirements have been met.
